Order Processing and Dispatch

We endeavor to process and dispatch all orders on the same business day, provided the order is received before our designated cutoff time (subject to order volume, payment authorization, and inventory availability). Orders received after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on federal holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier availability, and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, etc.).

Customers will receive a confirmation email upon order placement, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing real-time tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Title and Risk of Loss

All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Accordingly, title and risk of loss for such items pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.
