ICC Incredible Chic Collections® Lifetime Warranty

Effective Date: January 14, 2025

Incredible Chic Collections® (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) proudly stands behind the craftsmanship and durability of our jewelry. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality, which is why we offer a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) on eligible non-custom jewelry purchased directly from www.incrediblechic.com or from authorized retailers.

Our business is fully insured for your protection and peace of mind.

1. Warranty Coverage

This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. In addition, tarnishing and fading of Gold-Plated and Vermeil jewelry are covered for up to 2.5 years from the date of purchase.

If a covered defect occurs, Incredible Chic Collections® will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product at no cost, or
  • Replace the item with the same item or a comparable item of equal or lesser value if the original is unavailable.

2. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear after 2.5 years (for Gold-Plated or Vermeil items)
  • Scratches, dents, bending, or fading caused by misuse or improper care
  • Damage caused by water exposure, chemicals, sweat, perfumes, or abrasive cleaning agents
  • Damage caused by accidents, unauthorized modifications, or improper storage
  • Lost, stolen, or missing items
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or online marketplaces

Custom pieces, solid gold jewelry, watches, and Moissanite pieces fall under separate warranty and repair terms.

3. Warranty Process & Applicable Fees

To file a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase from Incredible Chic Collections® or an authorized retailer.
  2. Submit a detailed description of the issue along with clear photographs via our Contact Page.
  3. If required, ship the product to our facility for inspection. (Shipping costs may apply.)

Warranty Processing Fees (non-refundable):

  • Gold-Plated Jewelry: $10.99
  • Earrings: $16.49
  • Moissanite: $27.49
    (Additional fees apply for multi-stone or lost-stone repair.)
  • Solid Gold, Watches, & Custom Pieces: $54.99
    (Additional fees may apply based on repair complexity.)

Standard Return Label Fee: $8.99 (applies to Gold-Plated jewelry unless the item arrived defective)

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or denial of the warranty claim. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced. Items submitted for warranty service cannot be returned to you after replacement.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Incredible Chic Collections® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or performance. This Warranty represents the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy.

5. Modifications & Governing Law

Incredible Chic Collections® reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Warranty at any time; however, changes will not affect products purchased prior to the modification date.

This Warranty is governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
